Customize risk assessment fields of a progress note
When completing the Risk Assessment portion of a progress note, allow me to add custom fields beyond "Suicidality" and "Homicidality" such as "Violence", "Substance Use", and "Eating Disorder".

Populate demographics information from Client Details/Additional Details tabs on Client Forms
After adding Demographics on the Client Details and Additional Details tabs, populate the Demographics information on Client Assessments, Notes, and Forms.
If I forget to click the "save to all clients" button I'm unable to see that option again. Allow me to apply to all clients even if I edit the note for one client.

Allow org admins to unlock approved progress notes
As an org admin, allow me to unlock progress notes that have already been approved in case further edits need to be made. Similarly to how I can remove signatures from signed progress notes.

Automatically add supervisor to Provider(s) field in each progress note
If the staff preference permissions require a supervisor must approve or co-sign all notes, then automatically add the supervisor to the Provider(s) field of the progress note.
