Customize restriction for portal scheduling/cancellations/reschedules
Currently, there are two client portal settings to allow clients to schedule an appointment, and another setting to allow clients to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours, but I'd like to adjust the time to 48 or 72 hours.
It would be great to have a system in place where we can send and receive client referrals. Currently we are e-mailing back & forth and it takes too much time as we are growing.
Allow staff without billing permissions to see client Insurance details

Offer one-on-one training when setting up TheraNest or onboarding new staff so they can learn the correct way to document, file claims, etc. Some people learn better with direct instruction rather than by watching videos or reading articles.
Allow me to assign permissions to certain staff to make schedule changes. We don't want certain staff members the ability to edit or delete appointments.
Add progress note DOS in activity log when addendum added
When a provider adds an addendum to a progress note, include the date of service of the progress note so I can know which progress note I need to review.
