Offer one-on-one training when setting up TheraNest or onboarding new staff so they can learn the correct way to document, file claims, etc. Some people learn better with direct instruction rather than by watching videos or reading articles.
Allow more than one client/family member to have access to the client portal
I have situations in which multiple family members (ie divorced parents where both parents have shared custody, parent and teen, etc) that need access to the client portal to be able to receive reminders, telehealth links, ability to pay, etc

If our providers refer someone that ends up becoming their client, that provider gets an extra 5% for that client's sessions. There currently isn't a way for a provider to have multiple pay rates, or tie those rates to a client.

When a client receives an appointment reminder and sends a non-standard reply, send a notification to the admins and therapist so that they can follow up if needed.
